Colby’s Dogcare & Spa, the DC's premier pet care business, is looking for a high-energy, polished individual to join their team as a full-time Reservation & Parent Services Manager.
Colby's is a state-of-the-art facility offering high-quality services including Sleepovers, Daycare, Grooming, and Training.

Duties
- Oversee front desk operations, including client arrival and departure procedures, accurate documentation, and pet information
- Train, manage, and provide performance feedback for reception/reservations staff
Resolve any dog and client issues in a positive, professional manner - Manage staff schedules and help process payroll
- Ensure all staff members are practicing current department procedures
- Maintain inventory of lobby and other departments as needed

Candidates who would be successful in this position may have previous experience as a hotel front desk manager, customer service manager, sales manager, or guest services manager. Candidates with a strong record of management success in alternate fields may also be considered.
